When editing you don't see all those pages - you will see only a single editing window with pagebreaks between what will become the webpages.

The Table of Contents or the Entry Page are created automatically by the Softchalk program. Even if you don't choose to have an Entry Page, the program will still create the Table of Contents (TOC) and you can make it available through a navigation menu.
